Banks Reclaiming from me?

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Can the banks lawfully demand the money won back from reclaims if you are currently in a debt management scheme? I think i probably would anyway just to get the monkeys off my back but nontheless, i hate being dictated to by these big companies!!!

    I don;t understand your post. Have you claimed your charges back from the bank? If not then I would probably say the answer is yes since the debt is not disputed, however, if they took you to court you would be able to counter claim for the charges.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

    hi i just had the same thought!
    they owe me lots in charges and ppi. if the claim is succsessfull and we get our money back, then they take it back, we still owe the debt management company money.
    I SPOKE TO A WISE OLD MAN THE OTHER DAY.
    HE TOLD ME 3 WAYS TO HAVE GOOD LUCK!!!!!!:j

    Unless you get out of the Debt Management Plan and try and do it yourself.
