laptop help -web page keeps timing out - hijack log now posted

On my laptop, after a while I get the message that the webpage has expired. The problem is much more obvious with pop up windows eg when I'm trying to complete surveys.
The only info on the windows help page is to go into internet options - advanced and to uncheck the box saying not to save encrypted pages to disk, but when I looked the box wasn't checked in the first place.
Any other suggestions as it's driving me nuts - it timed out on a really well paid survey yesterday and it wouldn't let me refresh to start again.

Could also be the router. Check it is set to a maximum uptime limit for wireless connections...should be set to "0" minutes for continuous live service.

Has removing norton not made any improvement at all??
I cant see anything else in the log bar all the toshiba cr*p thats running

You may find it better by uninstalling kaspersky and reinstalling though as installing with norton still on wasnt wise

Sorry, I've not had time to have a proper play yet - work's been all over the place - will let you know when I've had time to test it properly.

I thought I'd unstalled all the Norton before putting on the kaspersky- I'll know better next time!

Any idea what the Toshiba stuff might be - I've not installed anything new onto the laptop since I had it bar the Kaspersky so if it's something I'm not using and that't a bit of a wast of space I could take it off anyway.

Simply uninstalling norton leaves bits behind/running (Same with quite a few anti virus programs)

Exactly what they all are I wouldnt like to say but you should be able to at least identify most of them by whats running in the control panel bottom right
