Cheque lost in post

Received a letter from Royal Mail stating that they had found an item of mail in their system, and apologised for the delay in delivering.

It was a cheque for an Ebay item sold in .... wait for it ... 2004 :eek: so when a buyer tells you that their cheque is lost in the post, they might be telling the truth
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

    Might have been my Mum that sent you that...she works in a section of RM's Return Letter Centre that deals with 'valuables' lost in the RM system.
