Well, no one said it was perfect.Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

I wasn't suggesting anyone did, it was a general comment, I was very grateful for your suggestion, which my thanks shows0

Hmmm, dont have any debts with them, and I thought that all my debts were being "managed" albeit reluctantly on some creditors behalfs....0

Are you using one of the debt management charities? Can you get them to deal with it? I favour ignoring them until they can be bothered to communicate with you properly

No am not at the minute cos am only token payments, but am with you on the ignoring them, I do find it odd that the texts/calls started last weekend, but as of yet, no letters???
I am wondering if this is a Sainsburys debt that was with Moorcroft, which I CCA'd and they supplied an application form so I wrote back and told them to stuff off and havent heard since.... The only reason I think that is when I googled the number someone on a site said it was on behalf of HBOS they had been called by iQor....But obviously they act for any of the riff raff am guessing....0 -
They started writing to me after I CCA'd cap one and lowell when they took it over, it was then returned to cap one by Lowell when they discovered that no CCA could be found on record.0

I guess its too much to think that DCA's would check legislation before acting on or buying debts :rotfl:0
