Sending e-mail via Outlook Express

I have had e-mail addresses with onetel and tiscali for some time now. After reading about Fast4.net on this site I set up an account with them.
I can download all my addresses through Fast4.net without a problem.
I would like to be able to send "onetel" and "tiscali" mail with Outlook Express while on line with Fast4.net.
Is this possible, if so, how do you do it?
Thanks,
Fortyfoot.

try changing the smtp server (outgoing mail) for the tiscali and onetel accounts to the same as fast4.net
Some ISP's will only allow you to send emails on their domain through their SMTP (not many). Some will check your IP address before allowing you to connect to the SMTP server.Hug provider for depression thread :grouphug:
