Dollydagger.com mix up - Praise!

So I ordered from this online shop that specialises in 50s and rockabilly clothing.

I ordered a halterneck top in black from their online site for £28+£4 p&p.

The top arrived in super quick time, was well packaged and even had a free Freddo chocolate bar in (loved that touch!).

Anyway, I got a halterneck top ... yes... but it was black and white gingham. Still quite liked the top but thought I'd drop them an email just in case.

After I emailed detailing that I had received the wrong order, but I didn't mind and praised them for their quickness I IMMEDIATELY received a phonecall from a nice girl called Lauren who worked there (I'm talking 2 minutes here).

She was super apologetic, asked if I wanted to return it and explained that this was new stock and the codes were quite similar.

She then said, even though I was quite pleased still and enquired about ordering more, she would email me a new receipt and send me an email with a voucher code on it. I thanked her and rang off.

Twenty minutes later I received an email with a voucher code for 50% off AND free p&p.

I am absolutely chuffed with this service. I wasn't complaining to cause a problem but merely let them know that their stock might be wrong and that other people might have received the wrong orders. They were so quick to respond and gave me such a nice reimbursement (and I dont feel like I've lost out on anything!) I felt I needed to come and tell you all about it!

Happy days and now I can afford one of their overly expensive, but undeniably amazing, dresses I was going to save up for. :T
