Claiming ppi while in a iva

My partner has a iva and is in her 2nd year now of it, we were wondering if we could still claim her ppi back even thought she was still tied in her iva, would they cancel her iva if she claimed back her ppi.

Hi there
As far as I know it should not make any difference.
I don't know how IVA works as such but if successful you could actually use the money to pay towards this.
Have you tried asking on the DFW thread, maybe a CCCS counsellor, i'm sure there are many on there who have been in this situation and claiming.
