Hi All
On Monday 18th May. I rang monument to make a payment of £25 towards my small balance.
Today I called again to make another payment with some surplus cash, to my astonishment, I was told that it is not possible to make more than one payment by debit card over the phone with 1 week?????
This is because of money laundering laws?
Anyone else come across this

Hi yes years ago I had a similar thing not with this provider, just make over payments via online banking.0
