• The Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over who have completed the attached Origins survey, excluding employees of Origins or its affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected with the promotion.

• To enter, complete the attached Origins survey and follow the link to the prize draw. You must complete the survey and the details required for entry in full. You will be asked to provide your name and email address. Entry to the Free Prize Draw will be automatic upon completing the survey and draw entry page and clicking the button submit ("Entry Site"). We will not communicate with you for purposes other than in connection with this Free Prize Draw.
• A limit of one entry per valid email address/person will be accepted.
• The start date of the promotion is 0800hrs 22/05/09
• All entries must be received by 0800hrs 31/05/09
• Entry to the Free Prize Draw will be automatic upon Origins receipt of completed entries which are received before the closing date.

Winner Selection:
