Help!!!! Barclaycard have reduced my credit limit without telling me first!!!

Did you try ringing them to see if they'd put the limit back up again?

I assume you're saying you're not going to bother with credit cards at all any more then, if you're closing your barclaycard over this, because they're pretty much all the same on this issue. This isn't a barclaycard issue, it's a credit card industry issue.

They wrote to me a couple of months ago to tell me that they'd reviewed my account and decided to reduce my limit (by £250 :rolleyes:). Got another letter last week to basically say 'oops, sorry, we got it wrong, nothing wrong with your account, limit back to normal again'. Useless company :cool:

I only use it for a 0% balance transfer anyway
