Natwest Current Plus

Options
Before opening my Co-op cashminder account a few weeks back I applied for a Natwest Current Plus Account, my plan was to have the Natwest account as my main account and the Co-op account as my Debt Account, anyway my plans have changed since then, I am now embarking on a DMP with National Debtline and only really require the Cashminder Accont.
Today my Natwest Account details arrived in the post, tbh I had given up on it and didn't expect to be accepted.
Does anybody know what debit card I will receive with this account, I have received a cheque book also and one last question If I don't use this account, ie deposit cash every month will there be a charge ?
Also will it be ok to just close the account even though it has only just been opened.

Depending on credit scoring you will receive EITHER a Solo debit or servicecard 100, 3in1 debit card, chq guarantee and cashcard.
No charge for account regardless, just open with small amount and leave it there.
Being honest the Natwest account is probably better than the cashminder as even if you don't get Servicecard at this stage you can apply to upgrade if you do deposit regularly and use the account well.
Have heard that Co op also have a 3 strikes and you're out policy should any D/d's bounce.
    Hope this helps :D
