MBNA partial offer, need help with next letter please!?

Hi everyone, today i recieved a partial offer from MBNA of £104 (goodwill gesture) when i origianlly tried to claim for just over £300.
I wish to accept the money as a partial payment but i want to push for the rest, can anyone show me a template of a letter to send because there isn't one in martins guide, i have already sent the second stage letter!
