Question about endorsement affecting insurance

Hi all
I am about to renew my car insurance. I had a TS10 (traffic light offence) endorsement put on my licence on 21st April 04. At the time I apparently went through a red light, albeit bumper to bumper in South London during the rush hour travelling at 5mph :mad:Am I right in saying this should no longer affect my insurance, given that it can be removed from my licence after four years? I ask because on searching for quotes online I am frequently asked "any endorsements in the past five years?". surely if it has expired is no longer an endorsement, I shoudn't have to divulge to the insurance companies that I ever had it if I now have a clean licence?! It is gone as far as my licence is concerned so I don't want it affecting my insurance over four years later when the DVLA allow me to remove it, doesn't seem right as I've paid enough extra already...
many thanks for any help.

Sorry the endorsement date is 21st April 05 - the post doesn't make sense otherwise! So the four years is up but the insurance companies seem to want to know about the last five years, which seems a little bit hard..0
