Is it important to submit a SAR before making a claim against mis-sold PPI (or CPI in this case)? Or... can I submit my claim against the dealership and a SAR to GE Money at the same time, or is that unwise?
No its not important to submit a SAR before making a claim, this is just for more information if you need it to support your case.
I would see what sort of response you receive first and take it from there, the SAR is not essential, but if you did require more info to support your case, as sometimes the SAR information comes in handy if required.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
