Play.com cavalier attitude

I paid for an Album Download from Play.com but continuing Site Maintenance warnings prevented me from downloading it.
I rang up on their 0845 number and was told they would email me a new link within 24 hours.
27 hours later and still no download and an arrogant call centre worker said that I should expect things to go belly up when dealing online and 24 hours would never be practicable.
I had to opt for a refund as no idea of any chance of getting my download. Nothing for the cost of the calls like a free track download etc.
Anybody recommend any other download service that takes Visa.Electron and around 70p track or less. Albums £5 - £6

I use amazon, amazon do albums for those prices and singles for around 69p-79p, some are even as low as 29p.
The only problem is that they don't offer a redownload service, so if your PC crashes and you've not backed up the music you can't retrieve it.
However i don't now if they accept visa electron, but you could always try.July Wins - Stargate Universe DVD Set0 -
Try amazon. I've found them to be pretty good & cheap. They have a limited selection of MP3 albums from £3 but seem to change what is on offer fairly often so it's worth having a regular look.0

I normally shove the MP3's on my PC, 40gb MP3 player recorder (used for back up) and onto dvd.
What is Amazon like for customer service???0 -

They seem OK - my other half once downloaded a track from there and it turned out not to be the track it said it was, and they sorted him out with a refund.0 -
Amazon customers service has always been exemplary from a buyers's point of view. I wasn't too keen on their attitude when I was a seller.0
