nee to get my documents i sent and recieved back from Nationwide

Hi I need to get my documents I recieved and sent to Nationwide regarding my charges back from head office pipers way under the data protection sceme does anyone have a template letter for this please as have to get moving on this please. I already have the address from member services. I have been told the correct address I have is the pipers way one?

What do you mean? Are you dealing with bank charges? Credit card charges?
What stage are you at? How come you haven't got the Data Protection stuff from them?

Cheers well I have asked them for the information on charges wrote and got that with the £10.00 I now want all correspodance i send and they sent in letters dealing with this ofr the FSA and or court as they took my debt to the lending office who just wrote to me. Have recontacted FSA and they want all documents again figured I could get them from Nationwide

What correspondence do you mean? Did they send details of your charges?
