Dilemna - how to send money to Cuba

Good Afternoon,
I used to send money to Cuba via Halifax or Lloyds. They have imposed new sanctions & this is no longer possible. It has never been possible with my other bank, Barclays. It is not possible with Western Union or the post office. Bank staff themselves don't have a clue as to how it might be possible. Any ideas would be appreciated.
