Do Simplyswitch ever pay cashback owed

I switched my gas and elec to two separate suppliers through Simplyswitch. That was back in December but still no cashback despite phone calls and emails to them. Anyone else had problems? or have advice.

They are slow but as it just happens I recieved a £15 this morning for a November transaction so you probably have about a month to wait . LOL !
