I got a free bag for life and Friday and at one point during my visit virtually all the checkout staff formed a group in the entrance and began singing
Not my cuppa tea in terms of songs.....Bobby's Girl, Eidelweiss, Close to You, Moon River - you get the picture!....but they weren't half bad at it though.0 -
Yeah all the stores are giving that out to staff along with the increase of the discount to 20% this weekend. Went to a larger store today and took advantage of it, saved about £40.
Yep I work for sainsbury's as well, so got my free cake ingredients minus the eggs
lol
The discount is awesome at 20%... shame its just for the weekend, saved just as much as you did too... and bought a new bbq today - gotta make the most of it!0 -

I think the cakes were all done Friday. I thought it was going to be over the weekend but the store I work in gave it all away on Friday.0 -
My local store this morning just had a small table display of olde style food containers with a sign "Do not touch". A very welcoming sight to greet you in the entrance (!).
It's only a game

I suppose you have to look at it as an achievement to get that far considering the amount of shops/businesses going bust these days!0 -

I don't mind if it means freebies/nice offers. I really enjoyed the M&S promotion, despite not getting my mitts on the scarf I would have loved.;)0
