Now that the prices are set to rise again...I suppose it would be wise to give a correct reading as opposed to an estimate as soon as possible. :think:

If the estimated reading is a lot lower than the actual reading, you could end up paying the higher prices on the balance when the next bill comes in :think:

    I save a bit by being on an online tarriff whereby I send in my meter readings every 90days. I can always see exactly where I am and review bills over the previous 12 months. In fact you can generate a bill any time you like.
    So yes never accept an estimated bill.
    That gum you like is coming back in style.
