My second hand 21" non widescreen CRT is giving a yellow hue to all the pictures some of the time. Sometimes you notice that it is not doing this.
The only test I have done is that the snow is still yellow when you turn off the Sky.
Please don't tell me I will have to get my head around HDMI 720p and 1080i/p LEDvs LCDvs Plasma.

Firstly do not trust the snow as it is noise. How do the DVD picture and tv picture looks?
reset via remote to factory defaults - the dog or kids may have sat on the remote.
Looks like the blue side is going down or becoming less responsive, or just keeps transmitting. It even could be the tube, rather than electronics
GOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.
