You know what has really annoyed me though?
The person who I just sponsered via Justgiving.com didn't even phone to say thank you. Some people don't teach their kids manners now?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

Maybe rather than giving money, why not give some time, Im sure any charity out there would welcome you with open arms.
I work voluntarily for a small (2 person) rabbit and guinea pig rescue. I don't live locally, (it takes me three buses and an hour and a half to get there) but I can write letters to companies asking for donations of food and materials, I organise fundraising events, and I help to promote the rabbits and guinea pigs that are looking for homes, by putting them on re-homeing websites, in addition to this I am also going to sponsor a couple of rabbits that are unable to be rehomed and are stopping with rescues, who will look after them.
What I am trying to say is there is more than one way to give to a charity, maybe this could be a way forward rather than giving all your money away and becoming a charity case yourselfJust think about what you want out of and and who you would enjoy helping the most.
