Morning everyone, just found out about this site and was wondering if anyone could advise me on whether i have got a case in reclaiming a loan.
I took the loan out in 2002 with NatWest for £2000,repayed over 4 years.I found out about the general mis selling of loans etc last night and tried to dig my original paperwork out. Unfortunately,i could only find part of it and there is no mention of whether PPI was included and to be honest i've slept since then and can't remember if it was at the minute.
However,there is a £400 "Premium Fee" added,making a grand total of £2400 borrowed
I am going to request a copy of the paperwork from the back but in the meantime could anyone tell me what this £400 Premium Fee was,and does it fall into the category of mis sold loans, therefore worth pursuing?
Cheers..

Hi there
Glad you have some paperwork to go by.;)
They may have been fees that were not disclosed to you.
If you need any help with the reclaiming, let us know, but here is the link to follow for guidelines of reclaiming, good luck.

The wording "premium" fee makes it sound like a single premium ppi policy to me, especially for £400 on a £2000 loan. It looks to be too much to just be an admin fee or something like that.0
