What a Mess!!-Help!!

Hi I would like to tell you about my bank lloyds tsb. I had a bank acount and a overdraft of £ 3000 so I was paying in and taking out and that was fine for a time, then the bank reduced my overdraft to £1000 putting me over and above my overdraft and then started to charge me interest basicly putting me in even more trouble. I now have an on going claim with the bank and also my business charges which amount to about £13.000.00 pounds.I once had a good business but with one thing and another the bank closed my acount and left me high and dry .When I asked for a loan they told me to go to a firm called I.C.F.L who loaned me £100.000.00 pounds as a quick fix to pay off mortgage arrears and then I applied for a remortgage. A problem arose from I.C.F.L they wanted £250.000.00 pounds back as a settlement !!!!!!!! need I say much more? Anyway I next went to a solicitor for help with my charges and guess what it is now in a stay until a decision from the house of lords and my solicitor is now pressurising me for payment of the work he has carried out for me ammounting to nearly £1500.00 so far. HELP!!!

I think you perhaps need to speak to Business Debtline for some advice
