ebay and paypal

bought some items from same ebayer, one arrived other did not, put in claim and told by paypal i must report to police and send a copy of report to them to go ahead as they assume if i recieved one i recieved the other(parcels sent seperate) been told by paypal when paying for mutipal items to pay seperate i would have got my money back stright away as the sender did not have proof of delivery any help, i have 100% feedback and this is really getting on my nerves

i think the op is trying to say
they bought 2 items from same seller , paid for both together
only one item arrive
paypal have told him to report to police, then send copy of crime number to them
what sort of dispute did you open with paypal ?0 -
a claim for not reciving the goods0

Did you open the dispute just for the missing item, or for the combined order?
Did it fail because the other item had a tracking number?
Can you paste what PP said?
Have you phoned PP?My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
