McAfee squished my Spotify

When I fired up Spotify earlier my McAfee anti-virus detected it as being infected by W32/IRCbot.gen.z and deleted it. A quick search online shows other McAfee users appear to be having the same issue. A false-positive hopefully?

I got it free from my ISP!
