BT on Twitter

I was searching Twitter earlier today and found that BT are now watching Twitter for customers who have had problems with their service :mad:. Check it out http://www.twitter.com/btcare also I've been told that BT now have live chat something like Microsoft Messenager I guess the only down side is that it is only open Mon-Fri, 9-5 office hours I suppose.

To get live help (when open) go to http://www.bt.com page/scroll down to Contact BT > Using BT.com > Click Live Chat tab hopefully they (BT) will make it easier to find in the future as I searched for some time before I found the right link.

They even send the occasional funny message to other companies, when they try and tout for busness of people who are complaining about their current service. below is an example

Aren't BT and other companies on here
