Nationwide customer service

Hi all,

I just received a wonderful phone call from Nationwide apologizing for the mistake they made when I asked them to change my name after I got married. It would have been nice had they not made the mistake in the first place, but the lovely lady made sure everything had been resolved and then credited my account with £25 for my troubles!

I've never had any problems with them before and after the brilliant service I've had when I did have a problem, I'll be staying with them in future!

    Yes, I had a good experience with Nationwide.

    I recently swiped a Nationwide visa card in a pay telephone in Paris, and was charged about 2 euros for not being connected. After getting back to England I contacted Nationwide, filled in a simple form, and within a couple of days the charge had been removed from my account.
