    Viewings not a problem! Far more than I was expecting have lost count now, but approx 70 so far!

    Well its good to hear there are signs of life.

    I've been looking on Rightmove with property bee lately, it seems like there is alot of activity right now. We couldn't sell last year but HIP is still valid, so we might try again.
