loyds bank

My daughter was one day late putting money in to cover a payment and was charged £30. Is there any way she can get this back >

    She is me, my mother put this on for me under my name, i am 40, it was a matter of a day at the most, as i forgot to put the money in bank for a laon to be paid to lloyds, is there anything i can do?
