Hi,

I switched to their Sol 14 tariff on 1st April. I was supposed to be charged 80 pounds a month. For April they collected 80 pounds. This months they collected only 76. I rang their call centre twice. The first time I was told there was no explanation as to why this had happened. The second time I was told that it was an "adjustement". Basically a load of crap. I've had no notification in writing of the change either.
I know this was in my favour but who is to say that next time they won't increase it?
The new tariff has been in place only six weeks...

Has anyone had a similar problem recently with them? Random changes in DD with no explanation?

    No, I haven't, but I will keep an eye on the next payment. Maybe it is something to do with the prices going down?
