Unsolicited calls using my mortgage details

nevergiveup
I am very worried! I received a call on my mobile this week from a company which said they are regulated by the Ministry of Justice and would I be happy to get a rebate because of mis-selling of my morgage. They knew the name of my mortgage lender, and when I took out my mortgage, and said it would take 20 mins to ask me some questions. I questioned them instead and have checked them out on the Ministry of Justice website. However, it doesn't alter the fact that my details have been given to someone without my knowledge and they were phoning and using sales techniques to get me to agree to 'no win, no fee' action. Where did they get my private finance details? Who said they could have them? I want to know how I can complain? How can I stop this happening - cheeky beggars?
