Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help.
I have had this mobile for a few years now, but still don't use all its functions etc.
Anyway, I received a text message today but everytime I try and open it is says download failed. I know from my friend that the text has a picture and a song, so I think this maybe why I can't open it. If anyone can help it would be gratefully appreciated.

is picture messaging enabled with the network? it maybe a case of calling them and them sending the settings to your phone. this may not be anything to do with your problem. it just came to mind as a possibility.

Thanks very much, went to my settings and changed it. I am such a technophobe, lol.

i had similar problems with my w810i. even though i got email settings sent email still isnt enabled coz i dont know what to do with the settings. i arent really bothered though coz i wont be emailing with it.
