Reclaiming bank charges from Barclays

Good evening everybody,

I've been trying to pluck up the courage to do something about the huge amounts of bank charges I've incurred with Barclays, but never seemed to find the time or the opportunity.

Have I left it too late to make a claim? And if I haven't what is the first step?

I've read lots of the threads and posts on here, but still a little confused as to the best way forward.
