no access to hotmail and quidco accounts

I wonder if anyone can help please?
had to have a new keyboard fitted to my laptop at work. Now I can't get passed the sign in page for hotmail or quidco. comes up with unavailable page warning- have tried what they suggest on that but to no avail. Am i missing something simple (wouldn't be the first time!)
I can sign into my moneysaving account however so I'm a bit stumped.
I would take it back to the IT dept but wouldn't be seen til next week now.
any ideas please? gratefully received!
just to add this seems to happen wherever I try to access the next page of a site e.g get onto virgin credit card home but then can't open up next choice from that page
