Asking Price vs. Valuation

The arch is pure genius ... and how astute of the EA to ensure it was not only featured in one photo, but framed a further view .....That seems quite good value for Cranbrook, my silbought a much grubbier semi, for 210, in 2006.
When I was looking at houses years ago I found one very large bungalow that literally had arches between every room. Apart from the bathroom there were NO internal doors whatsoever. Ideal if you have a wheelchair, but it was a huge place and would just feel odd with no doors anywhere.0 -
Just had a look in Cranbrook, havent looked for a few weeks and prices all of a sudden have dropped a lot! Mind you a lot of them are wards with that silly price range.Pawpurrs x

I'm bemused by this whole house buying malarky.
We rang an EA yesterday to arrange a second viewing on a house we went to see last saturday. The EA rang us back to say that they hadn't been able to get hold of the vendor but they would ring us back when they managed to book the viewing.
Well I'm still waiting. The house hadn't had a viewing in 6 months until we went to see it, wouldn't you think that if they really wanted to sell their house they would phone their EA back?
I've also tried to leave my details with loads of EA but all they keep saying to me is to check their websites!!
I'm starting to lose interest and I really can't be bothered
Coupled with the fact that everything is still being marketed at peak prices and vendors won't budge on asking prices!! ARGH!!!0 -
