Flybe Card for Free flight: T&Cs

Hi all,

I already have two cashback cards which I use for everything and pay off every month and I was going to apply to the flybe card to take advantage of the free flight offer.

I filled in my details online and then I'm presented with the T&Cs.

On reading them I see the following statement:

Total charge for credit (when the Agreement is made): Interest in the sum of: £130.76 (see assumptions in clause 8).

Now, as it's an online application I don't have the small print so can't find out what the assumptions are in clause 8.

But does this mean they are actually going to charge £130.76 if I take the card, thus negating the whole "free flight" offer?

Has anyone taken out this card?

No. There is no charge just for having the card. The interest charge shown is based on a example amount spent on the card. Every card agreement shows the same thing,

There will be a link to the T&C's while you are applying - you tick a box to say you accept them!

As stated above, it is an illustration. There is no annual fee or charge.
