Ordered some earrings via the internet in November. Email confirmation received immediately confirming order and delivery in 7 days.
Wait a few weeks without receiving anything or hearing anything. Phoned their helpline - waited in queue for an eternity. Surprise, surprise, they are being despatched "today" - what a co-incidence.
Goods arrived two days later. Very badly damaged with scratches - looked like they'd been kicked around.
Sent back by special delivery.
Another few days later, heard nothing from them. Phoned them again - more waiting on the telephone. Surprise, surprise, they'd just got them back "today" and were crediting the credit card. (That despite me having proof they were delivered some days previously).
Checked credit card on line - only refunded cost of earrings - not the P&P nor my postage cost. Phoned them again. Yes, they'll refund postage "today".
Checked credit card on line again - only refunded their P&P charge, not the amount I had to pay to return them. Phoned them again - another eternal wait. After quite a bit of arguing, they have finally agreed to refund my postage also.
I'm not holding my breath, but will be checking my credit card on line every day until it is refunded.
I'd be very wary if anyone else was thinking of using them - they don't come across as professional and you don't get anything without chasing them, despite their promises.
