I have managed to break the laptop screen first with a crack then the whole screen has gone, trouble is it is a Tiny laptop and now they have gone I am not too sure what to do? It is NOT covered on household insurance!
Can I get a replacement Tiny screen? Where can I try to call to help?? Lots of important work on pc and I dont want to loose any of it?
Thanks

Firstly the good news, by only breaking the screen, you won't lose any important work. All your data is on the hard disk, which doesn't sound like it was damaged.
The bad news, is that as Tiny are a goner, it's not going to be as easy to get replacement screens. eBay is probably your best bet, there's always a few laptop screens going on there. Also maybe try Totalcare who are dealing with Tiny warranties, they might be able to help.
Furthermore, you might find it's not easily available or not worth replacing, in which case, you may need help removing your hard disk and getting the data onto a new machine.0 -
how old is the laptop and is it covered by warranty? If So are you still paybe by direct debit? As total care now only deal with people who are still paying of their laptop.
Where are you from? I know there's a place in Altrincham somewhere (holstar *may* be able to tell you where) that does laptop repair. Ask at your local computer repair place and see how much it is to get it looked at and/or repaired. even though you know what's wrong with it they may still charge to £25 for looking at it and making sure what's wrong is what you say just for the sake of it
How come your Laptop wasn't covered under accidental damage on the home policy?0 -

Not what the statement on Tiny's website implies, just that you may (will) have to pay:
This service from Total Care is at no extra cost to customers who have Direct Debit agreements, but may be chargeable to other customers and ‘out of warranty’ customers.0 -
that's what I said
people who are still paying of thier laptop are elegable for free repair service
