reclaiming store card charges

hi, i had 4 store cards with creation, i have paid them all off, but remember having excessive late and overlimit fees (which were caused by the late fees. Can i reclaim the charges from all 4 cards with one letter and one £10 fee? any help appreciated. also does anyone know how to change your user name for the forums?
