Do i feel guilty or not???

This is only a pretty stupid problem but for some reason im left feeling really guilty....
i bought a 2 lots of bundles of the same things from someone and on each listing it said you got a free gift (the free gifts being really useful items that i needed!). anyway, the courier came, and only delivered one bundle of items. and the free gift was different to advertised.
i emailed the seller to say that only one bundle had turned up. i didnt bother to mention that the free gift was different as i thought its only a free gift, and i could use the one they sent anyway. they said they must have messed up and said they would send the other bundle.
so i got the other bundle today, but no free gift! i debated whether or not to bother with it, but then thought that it was included in the sale (and they had stated what it was- the things the same as the free gift in the other bundle- but obviously in the other bundle the free gift that was sent was different). the free gift was a small bundle of things i did need.
so i emailed the seller and told them, and got an email back 'i'll post them to you....'
now i know people mess up, its natural, but this was 3 mistakes, and i did want the free gifts! i thought her reply was a bit rude, considering she messed up. am i being pathetic?? am i the rude one??
am i wrong to ask for the free gift??
also- i sold a bundle of stuff a few months back, and had to send a couple of (small) items seperately (as not enough room in the box) and i got a big fat negative for it! now im NOT going to leave a negative, as i dont think its fair. but i wonder why people dont mind leaving me negative for pretty much no reason yet im reluctant to leave other people negative? grr

She's either genuinely scatty and forgot your gifts, or she's trying to get away without giving them to you. Either way she sounds like an irresponsible seller and has caused you a lot of hassle, so maybe you should neg her. It might wake her up and get her to start performing.Wins: Avene Protective Hydrating Cream; 2 x Calvin harris Tickets @ iTunes Festival.
Debts: Student Loan £14207.93; Graduate Loan £400 ; Car loan £190000 -
Ask the seller for a refund on the free gift....<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
