does anyone have any fax numbers or numbers to call someone in senior management or head office level for BT (business users). normal customer care has been appaling so i dont need their number!

Why do i need it well heres the start of my letter

After seeking legal advice I write to inform you my horror at the level of service BT has given us. I will try not to take up too much of your time - as BT has of mine - in describing to you that no-one, anywhere, ever, could be more disinterested, less helpful or more obstructive to delivering service to their customers than BT...

BT have a very strict escalation procedure for dealing with complaints, i'd suggest you phone your local business unit, ask the first person you deal with a - for their name and then b- ask them to go through the escalation procedure with you. This should leave them in no doubt that you are serious and pi55ed off. If you're not satisfied ask to speak to their manager and repeat until you are at board level.
