Personalised baby-on-board signs

Just wondered....
I've started making personalised 'baby on board' signs and selling them on eBay and I was wondering if I'm allowed to put a post about them on here?? (i.e. showing a picture and some of the designs available).
They are moneysaving in a way as an identical sign in the shops would cost between £5 and £10 but I'm selling them for £2 + 50p p&p. I'm also planning to open a website at some point soon showing all the designs available.
