Heard nothing from halifax

I am trying to claim my charges back from halifax. I started the claim under the hardship scheme at the begining of May. They wrote to me asking me to fill out a form with debts and incoming out out goings.
I am trying to reclaim £1200 and i have £1300 of debt with rent, utilities ect bills but since sending of the form i have not heard from them, how long do i need to wait before making contact with them.

I would say contact them now if it is reasonable time that they would have received your income and expenditure form.I am trying to claim my charges back from halifax.
