House near me was BMV'd. On market for £420k, BMV guy paid £303k. Reduced price to 389k, then 379k, then 369k, sold it for £336k.
He'd owned it for 5 months. So interest on 300k (that he could have got elsewhere) would have been about 5k, stamp duty was 9k, EA fees £5k, legals and arrangement fees say another 3k. profit=14k less tax. Not really a dream ticket.
Another place near me went for auction @ 290k and resold - with no work 3 months later for 320k. Againt he risk is high and the profit not worth the risk.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I do not have a problem with people who want to transact quickly at below market value, as long as it is an honest deal. What I object to is the liars who promise people that they can stay in the house indefinitely, whilst actually only giving them a six months or 12 months tenancy. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

I thanked you then read again.
If the seller understands that they are betting BMV because they want a quick sale then fine. IF they are desparate to sell and are being taken advantage of because of their dire financial straights, then it seems a bit vulture like.
Then again, those seeking out repossessions are only vultures feeding on the carcasses of the already repo'd.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. No I have a Weber Boudoir Grand in black, only one two is not required, I have a yamaha keyboard P60, which I also use, which I have located on my 3rd floor games room.
No what I said is one of my hobbies is video games, i also cycle (road and off road), do weightlifting (mainly powerlifting), deadlift, squat, bench, play racquet sports (tennis, squash, badminton), and do general stuff like running/ xtraining and swimming, etc. I also play the piano, been working on chord inversions today, as going to start playing some Jazz, and this requires an instant grasp of complex inversions.0 -

Fungus F knows all about this type of thing as he spends most of his adolscent life reading Jazz mags.
Hey so you are getting into jazz, sounds good. Been playing jazz for many years now, mainly jazz organ. Did many, many gigs in the 1980s including the now defunct Bracknell jazz festival.0 -
One of my major gripes with BMV companies is the way they charge for a 'survey' of your house. This can be several hundred pounds for a drive-by survey. They then offer you a very low figure - if you don't accept they have still made money. This aspect of the BMV is decidedly dodgy to me - they can make a ridiculous offer, knowing you can't/won't accept. BMV comapnies should be regulated like other financial companies. (Yes, I know regulation didn't help much when the banks tanked...)0

FF I can do a 240kg deadlift, without the aid of steriods, and by the end of the year I am aiming for a 260kg lift. That's also unequiped, ie simply belt, no body suit. Using the Wilks formula to adjust for bodyweight that makes me the probably, strongest guy in the gym, and there are many competitive lifters in it most on gear.
IN fact the UK drug free federation all time record is only 275kg.
240kg is 110kg per side on an olympic bar, see if you can lift half of that you p uss y pip-squeak. Maybe you brain dead moron you should read my posts, or does the green eyed monster issue cause this to be an issue.
You are simply a moronic idiot.0
