asking for a friend - as he can hardly get online.
has anyone got a direct number please for talk talk broadband investigations/cancellations. he can hardly ever get on the internet.
continuously being told its a fault with his modem, but its not.
a computer engineer friend has been to set everything up, checked line etc and says its 100% talk talk fault @ exchange.
any advice please
switch providers - just getting fobbed off with same old story everytime and nothings being done.
(ps just rang sky about going to them for line and bb - but told got to go to bt 1st)
