I could write a book on this one. for years the property I had was fine, the guy next door used the right of way just once a week to put his rubbish out, and even then he was always good enough to ask if it was convenient first. a brilliant and considerate neighbour
It all changed when he sold, we had a married couple , bloke was a grafter but never there, the wife was an alchoholic, who let the two kids run wild, they used to have a horde of mates back and forth every five minutes, I had a six month old pup hit on the back of the head with a half brick by one of them, sold up and got out. The only immediate neighbours I have now are sheep to rear, sheep to the left and more sheep to the right.
Turned out the people I sold to were far worse and have made their lives a misery instead.
It is to much of a risk, you can have brilliant neighbours, but like I said it can change overnight if they sell.
There is no doubt in my mind that curleyems has done the right thing by letting this one go.0
