You'd best try applying for a bank loan, as interest rates are usually much lower than credit cards. But it may be difficult getting accepted for a bank loan. We’ve had to remove your signature. It does really depend on how much your operation is going to cost you, the best way to choose your credit card is to research online using a comparison website such as compare the market .com and then approach your bank and have a chat with them and see what deals they can offer0

I would say most operations are going to be outside the credit limit of a first time credit card user, especially ones issued by promotional companies. Your bank may offer you a card with a high limit and an opening offer based on your current account history. A bank loan for a smallish amount tends to attract a horrible rate. You would also have to confirm that the hospital/clinic accepts payments via credit card.
Most private hosptials and clinics offer finance at low rates at the current time in order to attract customers in this slow market. Have you asked about this?I'm going for my QuidCo £million!
