Thursday 21st May - What small DFW things have you done today?

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free;)
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.
Morning all!!! Hello to everyone, its great seeing so many people posting on this thread at the moment!
Its not raining, the sun is trying to come out so lets hope it makes it!
Today......
- Check online banking
- Click and scratch
- leftovers for lunch
- casserole in slow cooker for tea
- post last ebay sale
- Collect £10 lottery winnings
- Should be a NSD
- go to work (finish early as made up time earlier in the week :T)
- Housework and ironing later - & start getting things together for going to Scotland on Saturday
- maybe try & get some comps done!
Have a lovely day everyone xxxxxxx

Morning all!
Gosh... this thread is busy at the moment. Even when I don't post, I come on for a neb at what everyone else is doing to give me ideas.
Today I have/will:- All meals from stores. Tea and water from work for drinky.
- "Spare" money in second sealed pot of the year. The banked sealed pot money is just clearing into my savings account now... might be worth another couple of pence come Christmas!
- Checked interweb banking... all fine. Money is taking ages to transfer like it always does - can't wait for faster payments to come in everywhere!
- Scratchy - 20p
- Have a look around for vouchers for clothes shops to make Saturday's spending spree a little more MSE. Print these off at work.
- Should be another NSD today. Not planning on visiting the shops.
- Charge phone and laptop at work.
- Keep an eye out for surveys.
- Water my seedlings and put them out in the sun.
- Half an hour on wii fit instead of sitting and munching.
- Sparkle.
