I don't know of any free ones. The packs in WH Smiths are ok and fairly cheap, you can just use the wording and take it back?!
If there is a risk it could be contested and you are sure you want it to stand then you need to use a solicitor. To be honest you are posting this in completely the wrong forum, you need one about legal issues/help.0 -
solicitor....best optionI'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j

What a load of nonsense - where have you found this?
Clearly not somewhere in the jurisdiction of England & Wales......

Go to your local Library there are plenty of books to give you ideas.
But be careful with home made wills. Quite often you see the local hospice or somewhere have a solicitor for a day who will draw up a simple will for a small donation to the charityLiverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

You should also to state your wishes for what you want to happen in the very unfortunate circumstances that you & your partner die at the same time - or they die before you & you haven't updated your will.0

I wouldn't recommend the template kilop999 posted - social security number? dollars?? Something tells me it might be for the US!
You may find the link I've posted below useful:
How to Make a Will
If your will is going to be very simple you can use the template they sell at most Post Offices. I think it only costs £0.99.0 -
So you want a free last will and testament? Ok, so I dont know abot free, but I know where you can get a will and testament for just £19 - leagallybinding.co.uk The way it works is you simply fill in an online form with your info and then the website automaticaly uses the info to create your will, applying it to a professionsally written will template. The best part is that they let you preview your will before you pay anything ;-) best of luck mate.Life is what you make of it but most of it's just fake0
